Salon Policies

COVID-19
All cancellations fees due to sickness will be waived at this time. We would love to keep our environment comfortable and safe for everyone. If you’ve been sick and or have been around someone who has been sick please call to reschedule.
Sickness:
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of myself, colleague, and clients.
Late Arrivals:
In order to respect the time of both our clients and myself, I ask you to arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our studio space is cozy and intimate, and I like to provide my full attention to each and everyone of you. If you are arriving up to 15 minutes late for your appointment I still might be able to proceed with your service. If you are more then 15 minutes late you will forfeit your original appointment and have to reschedule with a potential fee of your full service.
Cancellations/No Show
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client and I am not paid for this time. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 100% of your appointment cost
Late payment fee:
All payments are done by E-transfer, if you have not paid your invoice within a few days of service there may be a fee of $10 added to your bill.
Right to Refuse Service:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick, behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Product Returns:
All hair care products must be unopened for exchange or refund, and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot exchange opened products due to sanitary purposes.
